Ross has accumulated a wealth of knowledge and expertise over two decades as a corporate attorney. Ross specializes in SEC compliance, corporate governance, securities regulation, capital markets, and complex commercial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions. Prior to joining WHLR, Ross honed his skills by serving in various leadership positions within the legal departments of publicly traded companies ranging in size from Fortune 500 to the startup stage. He kickstarted his career by receiving comprehensive training from some of the most renowned lawyers in the world at an AmLaw top 15 international firm in New York. Ross graduated cum laude with a J.D. from the Georgetown University Law Center and holds a B.A. from Miami University (OH).
