Madonna McAdam
Director of Property Management
With over 20 years of commercial property management exposure, Madonna comes to WHLR with over a decade of experience in managing every type of commercial asset, with a heavy focus on retail. Previously, she has managed assets through third-party fee management, receivership management, and owner/operator management. Coming to WHLR as a Sr. Property Manager overseeing 18 assets, Madonna was quickly promoted to Associate Director of Property Management where she now manages the Property Management department, focuses on fortifying the current operating platform, and enriches the departments’ standard operating procedures. In springtime of 2024, Madonna took on more than what the average organization would consider, more than the average workload. She steadily made her way to Director of Property Management as a direct result of her dedication and leadership.
