In 2022, WHLR successfully acquired Cedar Realty Trust, a high performing real estate investment trust (REIT) originally established in New York. Cedar Realty Trust is renowned for its expertise in managing predominantly grocery-anchored shopping centers in densely populated urban markets. With this strategic acquisition, we have expanded our presence into three additional states, resulting in a remarkable portfolio size of over 8 million square feet.
